Rose and Josiah had shared several hot kisses and a few little bites to ears and lips. At last, Rose asked him, "Are you warming up yet or should I take it that since I feel something stiff beneath me, that some part of you is still frozen?" "Miss Rose, I'm afraid that is because I'm getting way too hot," Josiah said with a laugh. But he wasn't getting any information, despite his murmurs in her ears, asking her what was going on.
"Say no more sweet man. Just follow me and I'll see what I can do to cool something off a bit," Rose assured him with a grin as she started to lead him towards the stairs. However, she spotted Chey and paused to ask, "Could I trouble you to hand out the oil that I like so much?"
Chey happened to have a bottle handy and gladly gave it to Rose, who then continued with Josiah up the stairs to her room. "We should be alone here, and away from my sisters who are fighting over Vin," Rose sighed.
"Vin can no doubt handle that pair of sweet angels," Josiah assured her.
